North Raleigh Gymnastics / eNeRGy Kidz is a place where kids can have fun in a safe environment, and learn through quality instruction. This gymnastics facility has been family-owned and operated since 1986. The Davis Family has since added dance, cheerleading and martial arts. The new programs of dance, cheerleading and martial arts are under eNeRGy Kidz.
